Town of Ipswich Submits Request for Qualifications for Owner’s Project Manager for Design, Construction of Public Safety Building

The Town of Ipswich is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for an Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) for a public safety building in accordance with the documents prepared by the Ipswich Town Manager.

The RFQ relates to selecting an OPM who will advise and represent the Town of Ipswich during all phases of design and construction of the new combination public safety building for the Police and Fire Departments.

This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All RFQ documents shall be prepared and must be submitted online at www.Projectdog.com and received no later than 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 30. The Town of Ipswich is also requesting hard copies of documents be mailed in, which will be distributed to Public Safety Building Committee members for review.
